DLR Properties is a team of real estate investment experts based in Dubai since 2006. For years we have been Buying/Selling, Buying/Renovating/Selling and Buying/Renovating/Leasing properties in Europe and UAE.

M.B. Kallas has over 20 years’ experience in Paris and Dubai focused on management, entrepreneurial and investment. Prior to becoming the founder of Delarue Properties, M.B. Kallas has been working and investing in the health sector, financial and banking sector and general trading business.

M.B. Kallas combined a European – Middle Eastern multicultural background with fluency in French, English, Arabic, Spanish and hold an MBA from Northampton University (UK) after his economy studies at Sorbonne Paris (France).
